Senior Technical Program Manager, Learning & Development / Principal Engineer June 2023 – Present | Remote
- Built the company's Engineering AI enablement and technical training programs.
- Agentic-First AI Enablement Initiative Program coordination for a company-wide push to adopt AI coding and productivity tools across engineering.
- Coordinated communications, training, and onboarding for a Engineering-wide rollout of a suite of AI coding and productivity tools, shifting engineering teams to an agentic-first way of working built on concurrent engineering and rapid iteration.
- Co-developed hands-on practitioner training and an Agentic Activities Checklist to standardize how teams adopt the tooling, pairing the curriculum with incentives that drove measurable behavior change.
- Drove cross-functional alignment across IT, Sales Ops, Security, and Finance, tracking provisioning, surfacing licensing and cost risks early, and keeping rollout decisions moving when stakeholders were out.
- Built and circulated a consolidated training and resource library off the back of a session that drew 50 to 60 attendees, turning one-off content into a reusable enablement asset.
- Designed and built a twice-weekly audio-first digest that summarizes activity across an engineering org, capped at five minutes and engineered to take 5 to 10 minutes a day to produce.
- Architected a maker-checker generation pipeline: a second model reviews each draft against explicit editorial, safety, and fact-checking rules, with a reviser loop that halts on quality or no-progress rather than on a fixed budget.
- Pulled from approved, governed data sources rather than raw channels, building a safety gate and fact-checker so nothing unverified ships.
- Implemented text-to-speech audio generation and drove the program from approval to a four-episode pilot, with automation as the path to a self-sustaining daily cadence.
- Designed a twice-monthly hands-on workshop series for engineering, IT, and security — built to feel like a community, not a classroom.
- Managed the team and participated in developing a 6-week AI Enablement Training program (18+ hours of live instruction) that moved engineers from casual AI tool use to fundamentally rethinking how they approach the SDLC with LLMs — tracked a 10% productivity increase org-wide.
- Created an internal podcast (80+ episodes) that extracts institutional knowledge and architectural standards from key individuals and distributes them across 100+ technical leaders.
- Partnered cross-functionally to give non-engineers a safe, structured framework for AI experimentation.
