site:initcreates a new project, including a startercontent/404.md.site:devserverservespublic/locally. Missing URLs getpublic/404.htmlwith a real404status when that file exists. Options:--port/-p(default8000),--host(defaultlocalhost),--watch(rebuild on changes and reload the browser),--allow-remoteand--include-drafts(both only apply with--watch).
